Our program requires that applicants have passed part III of the USLME by MATCH date and be eligible for a GA medical license. We require that residents in the program obtain a Georgia medical license and a DEA license. For additional information, please see the Emory University Resident Handbook (available on the website) and Composite State Board of Medical Examiners website at
Once we have received and reviewed your completed application we may contact you to arrange an interview. Applicants spend a day meeting with various faculty and current residents and visiting several of our sites. Generally, interviews occur from September to mid-December.
