1. Visit the Georgia Student Finance Authority (GSFA) website at . 2. Select the "Make a Payment" link at the top of the page or under "Manage Your Loans." 3. Go to the second bullet or the "Make Payment Online" section at the bottom of the page and

select the "click here" link. 4. Review the login instructions on the pop-up and select the click "here" link to continue. You will

be routed to the GSFA payment page. 5. Once on the payment page, you will need to create an account. This account is different than

your GSFA account. Hint: The payment website has a white background and the GSFA account details website has a green background. 6. Once an account has been created on the payment website:

a. Login using your username and password. b. Click on the letter under the "Group ID" section. You will need to click on the letter and

not check the box.

c. On the "Invoice Details" page, select the button for `Other Amount'. d. In the `Scheduled Payment' field, erase the amount currently listed and enter the

amount you wish to pay.

e. No Reason Code is needed. Save Changes. f. You will see the change to the "Scheduled Payment" amount you just entered show in

the grid.

7. Check the box of the "Group ID" or loan(s) that you wish to pay. Check the box, do not click on the link.

8. The `Other Amount' field at the bottom of the page will add the total amount to pay based on the loan group(s) selected.

9. If you have previously made a payment online check the "Previously Used" button and select an account number from the drop down list that you would like to use.

a. If this is your first time paying or you would like to use a different account than previously used select the "New" button. Enter the Routing number, Account number and select the Account type from the drop down list.

10. Check the box confirming you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and select "Continue Payment".

11. You must select "Submit Payment" on the following page or the payment will not get processed. Review the payment information with the borrower for accuracy and submit payment.
