Delivery Service Notifications

Sign up for Service Notifications and should your paper be delayed, we will alert you to the cause of the delay and an estimated time when you can expect the paper to be delivered.

Go to servicenotifications, and turn "Email Delivery Notifications" ON, or if you prefer, you can call Customer Care and a representative will activate notifications for you.

Delivery Service

In the event the weather, transportation or other unforeseen situations cause your paper not to be delivered, you can easily request the recovery of a missed paper. Just let us know by 9:30 a.m. and we will do our best to redeliver that same day or the next day, or give you a credit if you prefer. Just call or email us and we'll take care of it.

Taking a Vacation? Or Moving?

You can temporarily suspend your newspaper delivery, or have the paper move with you to your new address. Go to temporaryhold and let us know when you would like to stop and restart your delivery service and you will receive an email confirmation. Please be advised that you should provide us with at least three days' advance notice. When temporarily suspending delivery, we can either credit your account or you can choose to donate your deliveries to Newspaper in Education.
