SUPPLEMENT DATED JUNE 2020
TO THE DREAMAHEAD COLLEGE INVESTMENT PLAN PROGRAM DETAILS BOOKLET DATED SEPTEMBER 2019
This Supplement describes important changes affecting The DreamAhead College Investment Plan. Unless otherwise indicated, defined terms used herein have the same meaning as those in the DreamAhead College Investment Plan Program Details Booklet.
DREAMAHEAD 2038 YEAR OF ENROLLMENT PORTFOLIOS
Every July 1 of even numbered years, we introduce three new Year of Enrollment Portfolios, each associated with the respective first steps of each of the Year of Enrollment "glide paths." These new Portfolios are named for the year that is 18 years beyond the then current year, which is the anticipated year of college enrollment for Beneficiaries born in the then current year. Accordingly, on May 6, 2020, the Committee on Advanced Tuition Payment and College Savings (Committee) voted to introduce the 2038 Year of Enrollment Portfolios, effective July 1, 2020.
DREAMAHEAD TERMINAL YEAR OF ENROLLMENT PORTFOLIOS
On May 6, 2020, the Committee voted to introduce three new terminal College Enrolled Portfolios, effective July 1, 2020. These new terminal Portfolios will have the same asset allocation as the current end point of each Year of Enrollment "glide path." By July 1, 2020, the 2018 Year of Enrollment Portfolios and 2020 Year of Enrollment Portfolios will be retired and participants in those Portfolios will be moved into the College Enrolled Portfolios. This move will not impact these participants' asset allocations, except for any asset allocation changes already scheduled for July 1, 2020. In 2022 and in even numbered years thereafter, we will retire that year's Year of Enrollment Portfolios and automatically move all assets into the College Enrolled Portfolios.
DREAMAHEAD UNDERLYING FUND FEE CHANGES
Two of DreamAhead's Underlying Funds have had changes to their asset-based fees, according to those Underlying Funds' most recent prospectuses as of the date of this Supplement No. 2.:
? Fidelity? Emerging Markets Index Fund (FPADX); and ? Vanguard Emerging Markets Government Bond Index Fund Institutional Shares (VGIVX)

5) The following replaces the first sentence of the Here's How it Works subsection at the top right of page 31 of the Program Details Booklet:
With the exception of the College Enrolled Portfolios, Year of Enrollment Portfolios are designed to evolve over time--to transition from a heavier allocation to Underlying Funds that invest in equities (stocks) in earlier years to more conservative Underlying Funds that invest in fixed income (bonds) and money market instruments (cash preservation) as the Beneficiary approaches college age.
6) The following replaces the subsection College enrollment (18+) at the bottom right of page 31 of the Program Details Booklet:
? At College Age (18+) ? At college enrollment age, the assets in the Year of Enrollment Portfolios will automatically move into the corresponding College Enrolled Portfolios. The College Enrolled Portfolios seek to further reduce risk and are at the most conservative phase of the "glide path." The College Enrolled Portfolios are designed to maintain a static asset allocation when Beneficiaries are currently attending college. There is also a substantial cash component (Money Market Fund) to meet college-related distribution needs.
