It is crucial to understand how we are paid in Arbonne. The better our understanding, the more effective we are at setting goals and coaching our team to set goals. For example, when you reach District Manager level in Arbonne, your next goal is to hit $5,000 with 5 new $150+ Consultants and earn an extra $200. You can do this on your way to Area Manager!

We get paid several ways in Arbonne. Consider them different “profit centers.” Take advantage of all of them! All you need to do is fill in the blanks below for each level.

❑ You may be a District Manager who hasn’t promoted out any District Manager’s yet. On page 2 you will fill out your Central District Volume and your DM bonus if you earned one.

❑ Let’s say you are a new Area Manager and this month you have $5,000 in your Central District (w/ 5 new $100 Cons.) and you have two First Generation District Managers that each do $2,500 for a total of $10,000 in your Area (Area Minimum). Practice on the following pages. Plug in $5,000 in the “Central District” column under “Retail Volume” and $2,500 twice in the “1st Generation District” columns. Add your $200 bonus. On page two you would place $10,000 under your “Central Area.” Your paycheck will be $1,100.

Fill this out at the beginning of the month, and figure out what you want your check to be and go for it!!! This is what I do.

Here are a few things to remember:

❑ In order to receive your override and/or bonus paycheck, you must be considered “active” in the month you expect to be paid, which means you have $150 PQV (Personal Qualifying Volume) between your personal order and your Preferred Client orders.

❑ To get paid at the 2nd and/or 3rd Generations, you need to be as “Wide” as you are “Deep”. i.e. If you have a 2nd Generation District Manager (that’s 2 levels

deep), you need to have 2 District Managers at the 1st Generation level. To get paid on a 3rd Generation, you must be 3 levels wide. Pay attention to this as you could leave a lot of money on the table (and you don’t want to do that).

❑ Use this alongside the SuccessPlan.

❑ Remember, your earning potential is limitless! You can add more levels as your business expands!
