Payment to Niobrara County for the use of the GIS Software – Councilmember Tirado moved, Councilmember Kupke second, motion carried

2. Ordinance No. 11-5-200, An Ordinance Amending Existing Ordinance No. 11-5-200, Which Establishes Amended Garbage and Refuse Collections Rates, Second Reading – Councilmember Tirado moved, Councilmember Kupke second, motion carried

11. New Business

1. Information on request for variance – Richard and Debra Murray – Councilmember Kupke moved, second by Councilmember Tirado to approve the variance with the stipulation that there are no objects at the public hearing, motion carried

2. Police Department Vehicle Bids – White’s Energy Motors Gillette, WY & Greiner Ford, Douglas, WY – Councilmember Tirado moved, Councilmember Kupke second to accept the lowest bid from Greiner Motor Company Douglas, motion carried

3. Verbal offer for the undeveloped acres west of the Business Park – Tabled pending more information

4. Niobrara Country Club Addition, Deck – Councilmember Tirado moved, Councilmember Kupke second to approve the addition of a deck at the Country Club
