Mailin Perez-Southeastern Yellow My favorite tea is the following:Boil water (4 quartz) and (1 cup) sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add the raspberries (1 12 ounce pack of raspberries)? cup of lemon juice.Cover and place in about 10 tea bags and steep for 3 minutes. Strain and discard berries and tea bags. Transfer tea to a large container or pitcher. Serve over ice.Ann Elhart Wellness Coordinator Corporate GreenMatcha Green Tea Ice Cream 1 14 ounce can light coconut milk2 teaspoons matcha green tea1 cup unsweetened almond milk2 tablespoons agave nectarCombine the all of the above ingredients in a blender until smooth. Place into freezer for 30 minutes to chill. Add mixture to electric ice cream maker and churn until thick. Place in an airtight container and put into freezer for at least 30 minutes. Serve with organic lavender or rose petals. Or top with chocolate shavings or shredded coconut.Caryn Toole-Treasure Coast Yellow My favorite Arnold Palmer (half iced tea, half lemonade) recipe!! Ingredients4 English breakfast tea bags1 tea kettle filled with boiling water1 cup Syrup, recipe follows1 cup lemon juice1 lemon, zest2 cups ice cubesSimple Syrup:1 cup sugar1 cup waterDirectionsTie the tea bags together attach to the handle of a large pitcher. Pour the hot water over the tea bags and into the pitcher. Set aside to steep for 5 minutes.Lemonade:To a blender, add the Simple Syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest and ice cubes and pulse to puree. Place the mixture into the freezer until the tea has finished steeping.Add ice cubes to a large glass and top with the tea. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the "lemonade" into the glass.Simple Syrup:Add the sugar and water to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer until the sugar has dissolved. I love this one and with brown sugar it is even better.Ingredients10 cups boiling water 10 tea bags 4 sprigs fresh mint 1 twelve ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed Sugar for sweetening (optional) DirectionsCombine water, teabags and mint in large pot and let steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. Remove tea bags.Stir in concentrate. At this point you should taste and see if you think you need some sugar.
