Following FA's latest guidelines for contact Grassroots football. Football only to take place outside. Wherever possible during training drills and training matches the players and coaches must maintain social distancing this includes using alternative or amended drills. When this is not possible contact duration must be kept to an absolute minimum. For instance players must be discouraged from marking closely; set plays are to be taken quickly to avoid close marking/walls. At all other times social distancing must be maintained. No celebrations. Injuries should be treated by parent/carer but PPE for emergency medicals. No one to attend sessions who has had Covid 19 Symptoms or been exposed to someone with symptoms in past 14 days. All attendees to self health check prior to attending this is to be confirmed on the consent form but after this the parents/carers must be reminded via the message to book

before each session (wording for message: in attending a session you are confirming that you are complying with the previous signed consent including undertaking a self heath check prior to arriving) Groups of no more than 30 including coaches. Travelling to and from training to be in accordance with FA guidelines First Aiders to be issued with health care quality mask, gloves and aprons. Guidance has been issued on avoiding congestion at start and finish of activities.

Following FA's latest guidelines for contact Grassroots football. Handling the ball has to be kept to a minimum coaches are encouraged to use a kick rather than a throw in during training however if it is considered necessary to practise throw ins this should be done with the player having their own dedicated ball. Players must sanitise hands before, during breaks and after and balls must be cleaned immediately afterwards. Coaches, parents/carers are to be informed: Following the introduction of the Government's Covid-alert tier system and Berkshire (our tier as recognised by The FA) being placed in Tier 4, players and spectators are not allowed to cross Tier 4 boundaries. As a result, you can not to play against any team from outside Berkshire. In addition, if any players in your team do not have a Berkshire Postcode they cannot participate in any training or matches. The only exemption is for Managers and Coaches who can cross Tier boundaries for football purposes, they cannot bring their children to play.

Coaches not understanding the MBGFC Covid 19 regulations
Coaches, players, spectators, all attendees
Attendees to use toilet prior to attending, Attendees using the toilet facilities are to sanitise hands before and after. MUFC, Cox Green Leisure Centre and Altwood School all provide toilet facilities, these are all approved sporting sites and therefore must comply with the government guidelines for providing facilities including cleaning. When Cox Green Leisure Centre's indoor facilities are closed there will be no toilet facilities.

Coaches to have a prior booking procedure for players, record who attends and keep for a minimum of 21 days. Each team has been issued with a QR Code. These are to be displayed at every home game at Altwood School
