eArt Work Exhibit Request Form

Thousands of people attend conferences and trainings at SCOE annually, so this is a great venue for showcasing artwork or sharing innovative school projects with others.

Take advantage of our display boards for two-dimensional framed or unframed art (work may be pinned or stapled to the boards). Display cases are available for three-dimensional pieces. Participating schools or artists are responsible for hanging their own exhibits and labeling the pieces displayed. NOTE: Exhibits may be hung the first working day of the month and removed on the last working day of the month. Exhibits may not include works depicting alcohol, smoking, violence, or nudity.

For professional artists: In signing this form, you agree to include 10% of the selling price of any piece sold as a donation to the Sonoma County Office of Education. (Adjust selling price accordingly. Indicate “NFS” if it is not for sale.) SCOE is not liable loss or damage to the artwork exhibited.
