2:00 - Speed Ladders – (15 minutes)

2:15 – Workout – (45 minutes)

1. Deep Squats Sets 3 x 6-8 185-205

2. Single Leg RDL off block: Sets 3 x 8 (each Leg)

2. Regular box jump stands: Sets 3 x 10

3. DB Goblet Squat: Sets 3 x 12

3. Lateral Lunges: Sets 3 x 8 (w/ DB or Plates)

3. Romanian Deadlift: Sets 3 x 10

Team Exercises:

3:00 Leg Blowout (on cement) – (20 minutes)

1. Squat Jumps

2. Mary K

3. Jump Knee Tuck

4. Skater jumps

5. Wall Squats

3:20 Hamstring Circuit: (behind home plate) – (10 minutes)

Inch Worm – 3 x10

Front Leg Raises – 3 x 10

Partner Floor Glute Ham Raise – 3 x 10

3:30 Finish Challenge: (Street) – (10 minutes)
