Warm Up – Arm Circles Activity?Play a game of catch with a family member 50 catches each. ?You can use any type of ball you want. If you use a large ball such as a basketball or kickball I recommend letting the ball bounce in between. At the end be sure to tell them “good game or say something nice” Coaches tips: ?Move to the ball if necessary?Keep you eye on it.?When throwing opposite leg goes forward. ?Try your best. Be sure to tell a family member good game when finished. Be a good sport. If you want a real challenge play a little silent speedball or see how many you can get in a row.
