Hand eye coordination is when your eye tells your hand where to go. You use this every time you catch a ball. Your eye communicates with your hand telling it where to be in order to make the catch. To practice this, I want everybody to dribble a ball 50 times with one hand and then switch, so 50 times each totaling 100. The smaller the ball the harder it will be. This could be any ball that bounces. I would not recommend a baseball or golf ball. Basketball or kickball would probably be easiest. The most important thing is to try your best. (If you live on the second floor you might have to go outside, make sure you tell your parents if you leave the house) Coaches tips:1.Bend your knees, get low.2.Keep your hand on top of the ball3.Don’t slap the ball, push it down with control. 4.Never give up, skills take time to develop. ................
