Notes on Engagement TD works with ACTrees to deliver our TD Tree Days program in the U.S. We also recently funded Tree Care program for ACT members to support structural pruning and maintenance programs. TD works with Arbor Day to deliver TD Green Streets in the U.S. The grant program rewards innovation in municipal forestry practices and focuses tree planting activity in low to moderate income neighbourhoods. As a member of the Boreal Leadership Council, TD participates in bi-annual meetings and supports working group activities on an ongoing basis. A TD executive participates at the board level of this industry association that links mining and academia to develop industry innovation in technology and sustainability. A TD executive participates on the Advisory Board of this not for profit that supports academic research programs aimed at measuring ecosystem health of river systems, with focus on assessing the impact of industrial activities. Corporate Knights participated as a member of TD's stakeholder panel to advise on our material topics. We also invited Corporate Knights analysts to meet with TD's tax department to discuss tax reporting and methods to compare tax reporting across industries. TD is a member of this industry association and participates in working committees, annual meetings. TD supports a series of 80 videos that showcase clean energy success stories. TD executives are members of a Steering Committee and working committees that support a range of programs with an environmental focus. TD provides funding and acts as an advisor for this First Nation project to develop innovative carbon offsets. TD works with both of these organizations to protect critical forest habitat through the TD Forests partnership.

TD is a member of this multi-stakeholder organization that links business and academia to support research on a wide range of topics relating to sustainable development. TD supports a range of research activities aimed at promoting multistakeholder dialogue and research on topics relating to energy. TD engaged with SHARE on issues relating to financed emissions. TD is a member of a pilot study to develop protocols for financed emissions. TD is a member of this industry association that identifies and supports research in areas relating to environmental risk and opportunity in the sector. TD is a member of this industry organization aimed at advancing green building initiatives.
