When residents saw a flamingo in the building, they inform the Leasing Office, and received a Margarita Two Pack, for a job well done! The day we started the search, it was a sweltering 95 degrees outside -- cold margaritas, with an umbrella, were happily welcomed. Social Media / Reputation ManagementWe have been updating our Facebook page with support for local businesses, and a bit of Pop Culture. We’re also working with Digible for organic social media, resulting in a newly created instagram and stronger Facebook presence. We received a positive 5 STAR review highlighting our staff; and we also received positive feed back from our Move-In and Service Call Surveys. ................
