Summary

Hello Google Maps!

Google Maps has replaced Bing Maps in Paragon and Collaboration Center. Members will now enjoy the benefits of up-to-date maps throughout the system. In addition, street view has been included as part of the normal Google mapping features. Advanced Mapping, Driving Directions and additional functionalities will be added in future releases.

Saved searches including map shapes and any manually mapped listings will not be affected by the switch to Google Maps.

Send Multiple Listings as PDF Attachments

Members will be able to choose a group of listings and report views to attach to an email as a PDF file. Only the manual Paragon email process has been modified. The maximum length of the PDF file that is allowed is 20 pages. If the attachment is longer than 20 pages, it will be cut off at 20 pages. Also note that the HTML attachment type was removed from Paragon emails.

Visible Notification to Complete Errors and Warnings when Creating or Editing a Listing

When creating a listing and/or converting a partial listing to a standard listing, Paragon will now display a pop-up warning message anytime an error or warning is found while entering a listing. This helps call attention to the often overlooked error grid at the bottom of the screen. A message will display advising you that your listing has not been saved and you must address the errors or warnings listed.

Quick Search ? Clear Search No Longer Resets Address Number Modifier

When clicking clear to start a new search on the Quick Search widget, the address number would default back to multiple instead of single. This caused many issues retrieving results using the Quick Search. This has been corrected to default to single when clicking clear.

Text Editor Font Size Now Respecting Font Settings

Previously when using the Rich Text Editor in emails, the font size at the beginning of the email would change from the selected font. This has now been corrected.

CMA Final Comments Now Saving

When entering or modifying the final comments section in the CMA, they now remain on the final report and on final comments when you navigate back.

Condo & Community Name Updates (Effective March 19, 2018)

Communities and condo tables have been updated. Fully detailed list is found on page 9 in this document.
