Cancellation Policy

We realize that plans may change. Therefore, a registrant may substitute another person in his or her place at any time or transfer to another city by calling 800-928-4968 preferably at least 3 working days prior to the seminar.

Cancellations received at least 10 working days prior to the seminar date will be refunded minus a $50 fee. Cancellations received after this will not receive a refund or credit. Should it be necessary to cancel a seminar, Western Carolina University's liability is limited to the seminar fee paid.
