Purpose of the job Oversee and manage a project to consolidate the bank's financial planning, management reporting, business analysis and government finance liaison roles and processes. This will require setting up a coherent and efficient Financial Planning and Analysis team within the finance department.

Long term strategic/ financial planning; Short term financial reforecasting; Budget holder partnering; Preparation of regular and ad-hoc management information; Business analysis; Budget bids to government for new products/ resources;

Knowledge and experience Senior management experience in an FP&A team Excel proficiency Experience in transforming FP&A functions Experience in financial products/ or government accounting/ budgeting

Internal and external stakeholders CFO CEO and Board Whitehall (HMT and BEIS) Product MDs

Budgets / Delegated Financial Authority / fund size / scope of investments
