INSTRUCTIONS
1) The application form, duly completed, should be returned Passport size
to the Registrar, University of the Punjab, Lahore, so as to Photograph
reach him not later than the due date. Persons already (Affix one copy
in service should submit their applications through proper here and enclose
channel, otherwise their applications may not be entertained. two)
2) Each question should be answered clearly and completely.
The application must be filled in and signed by the applicant.
Additional sheets maybe used if necessary.
Attested copies of Certificates and three passport size photographs should be submitted with
the application.
(5) Canvassing in any form will disqualify.
