Classes run each day from 9:00-5:00 p.m.

All courses are offered in an intensive, executive style format. Class size is small. Instructors hold adult learning principles and students can expect to be engaged in class discussion and shared learning. In each course, theory is integrated with skill development. Students are required to read in advance of courses. Each of the five courses in the program is linked to the mandate of the Graduate Certificate:

To enable students to understand conflict and intervene in conflict situations with the intent of empowering individuals, groups and organizations to better resolve conflict. Program emphasis is directed toward teaching graduates to do this interactively, creatively and through the reflective application of knowledge and skills.
