Purpose: Review the important figures of AP World History NOTE: Extra Credit is ONLY Applicable to students who have turned in all of their assignments. It does not replace grades that are not completed. Directions:

1. Choose one historical person from Periods 1-4 (Prehistory-1750 CE) who you find interesting and draw their Funko Pop figure using the template on the next page. You may do this assignment for up to two important people, but the first should originate from an area other than Europe or the United States.

2. In the section titled "Character Name," write the historical person's name.

3. In the section titled "Series" label the empire, philosophy, religious movements, group etc. that is appropriate for the person you chose.

4. In the section titled "Character Biography" create a story-style biography/background for your character using factual information from the text and further research. Rely more on significant accomplishments of your person. a. Put your MLA works cited on the back of the handout.

5. In the section titled "Collect Them All," identify two other people who would also fit with your "Series" label. Draw them and write their names underneath.

Grading: ? This should be a colorful activity. Have fun but also be factual. ? This is an extra credit assignment worth 5 points on your exam grade. You may do up to two figures (for 5 points each). ? I reserve the right to decrease point value if information is incorrect, nonsensical or the work is particularly sloppy.
