20 semester hours = 30 quarter hours This schedule includes a legislative salary adjustment of $4,200 on all steps. This schedule includes funding from the Teacher & Student Success Act appropriated by the 2020 Utah Legislature. Teachers at Title I schools may receive up to an extra $1,000 annual Title I stipend. National Board Certified Teacher Stipend = $2,500

Contracts under this salary schedule requiring more than 190 workdays per contract year shall have the additional days paid out at the daily rate based on the individual's approved lane and step. Additional days not detailed on the individual's contract are not guaranteed from year to year.
