This little book has great questions for personal discovery of spiritual gifts. It can be used in a small group Bible study or by an individual. This is an excellent, in depth Bible study guide around the topic.

How -Tos for Congregations Seeking in Develop Gifts, Talents, Passion Centered Ministries

The Equipping Church Guidebook by Brad Smith and Sue Mallory. It was published by Leadership Network in 2001. Sue is probably America’s leading trainer in Gift Based Ministry. This softbound book gives real church examples, including forms, etc. It is the only thing on the market that is this practical!

Building Teams

The 17 Indisputable Laws of Teamwork Workbook, John C. Maxwell, Thomas Nelson Publishers, ISBN 0785265767. Maxwell is just the best as insight into people. This is both a book to pay close attention to its teachings and work the leader through steps to building teams.
