Information on which CSU campuses accept this degree can be found at -search/search.shtmlCATALOG DESCRIPTION:Students pursuing the Associate in Arts in History for Transfer Degree (AA-T in History) will engage in the study of History.In addition, they will improve their critical thinking, communication skills and writing skills. The goal of this degree is to provide students with a basic understanding of the field of History and a strong academic foundation in the social sciences from which to engage in upper division coursework in History at a California State University campus.Students must complete 60 units which are eligible for transfer to the California State University. Students must fulfill the general education requirements and the major and elective courses to total 60 units. Students may choose to follow either the Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC) OR the California State University General Education-Breadth Requirements. Students must maintain an overall minimum grade point average of 2.0.
