The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m., Central Standard Time on November 25, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m., Central Standard Time on November 28, 2016 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is sponsored by Greyhound Lines, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents who reside in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States of America (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of primary residence (whichever is older). Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively, "Released Parties"), are not eligible to participate. You will be asked to submit an official entry form which will ask for your first name, last name, e-mail address and phone number. Once registered, you must purchase a one-way or round trip ticket between November 25 ? November 28. Each ticket purchase is one entry in to the contest. Alternatively, you may enter by hand printing on a 3" x "5 card, your Name, E-mail address, Phone Number and Mailing address. Place the card in an envelope and mail to: Greyhound Lines, Inc. Customer Relationship Marketing, 350 N. St Paul St., Dallas, TX 75201. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 28, 2016 and received by December 9, 2016 and become the property of the Sponsor. Entries Tabulation: Receive one (1) entry for every qualifying one-way or round trip ticket purchased. *A qualifying purchase equals the online purchase at of a Greyhound Lines, Inc. bus ticket. All eligible entries received each day will be entered into the Prize drawing. There will be a total of fifteen (15) winners during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) winner per day on November 25, 27 and 28. Twelve (12) winners on November 26. Use of automated entry devices is prohibited and all such entries are void. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Released Parties are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, misdirected, stolen, postage-due registrations, entries or mail. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the account holder of the email address submitted upon entry will be determined the official entrant. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Internet Limitations of Liability: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prize using all nonsuspect eligible entries received as of this termination date. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Prizes: There will be fifteen (15) Prize winners. Prize winners receive a credit in the amount of the qualifying Greyhound Lines, Inc. bus ticket purchase (including taxes and fees). Credits will be provided in the form of a refund that will be processed back to the credit/debit card used to purchase the qualifying trip. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of notification to winner, but the time frame that the credit will appear may vary by financial institution. All decisions by Sponsor as to prize winner and prizes are final. Approximate retail value (ARV) of all free trip prizes awarded will vary based on the cost of the qualifying trip purchased by the winner. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy related to Marketing Programs or terms of use on the website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.
