20% of duty hours in classrooms (8 hours/week) 2 hours of group trainings per month (30 min/week) comprehensive annual training program for assigned staff class instruction, role model, modules, one-on-one mentor,

small group sessions, readings and special projects schedule trainings, provide monthly calendar to leads

provide feedback to staff and supervisors including observations of any non-compliance within 2 working days

monitor/evaluate CYP staff IDPs; determine training needs ensure curriculum is completed by teachers & is

developmentally appropriate review/assess lesson plans and child portfolios monthly complete class observation tool and CNIC inspection tool a

minimum of twice annually
