The Canadian e-Commerce Committee has assembled the following Scorecard to be completed by the Canadian Marketplace to obtain an understanding of where industry is at and what are the plans for the future. This information will be used to identify areas that will require additional assistance or attention that GS1 Canada in conjunction with the e-Commerce Committee, may provide for standards development, understanding and implementation through best practices. The companies that contributed to the development of this 2005 Canadian Scorecard are listing on page 2 of this document.

This scorecard is to be completed for both your upstream and downstream trading partners.

A glossary has been added to explain some of the acronyms that appear within this document for your convenience.

Please complete and return this Scorecard no later than July 31, 2005.
