Senior Cloud Architect:

Experience Requirement: Bachelor’s degree with 8 or more years of relevant work experience (can substitute 2 years of experience for a Master’s degree).

Functional Responsibility: The Senior Cloud Architect is responsible for leading the creation of a technology framework and providing technical leadership in support of customer initiatives in cloud computing and automation, with a focus on the design of systems and services that run on cloud platforms. The Senior Cloud Architect reports into the Engineering and Architecture function, but is normally embedded into the Cloud-DevOps process to provide architectural leadership and best practices. Additionally, the Senior Cloud Architect will be responsible for ensuring that critical applications are designed and optimized for high availability and disaster recovery.

Cloud Engineer:

Experience Requirement: Bachelor’s degree with 6 or more years of relevant work experience (can substitute 2 years of experience for a Master’s degree).

Functional Responsibility: The Cloud Engineer contributes to and supports the corporate Enterprise Cloud strategy, standards and best practices associated with all aspects of cloud service offerings for our clients. This role contributes to and supports the corporate adoption of DevOps methodologies and agile development methodologies. Provides expert level design and engineering support towards the successful delivery of the customer’s cloud project portfolio. Contributes towards continual service improvement activities related to the delivery of cloud services. Develop and implement internal systems, processes, and best practices to be used by other teams designed to increase productivity. Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security, cost effectiveness and high availability in the cloud Design, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity architecture. Create and implement automation in the form of infrastructure as code for cloud platform solutions. Ensure all infrastructure components meet proper performance and capacity standards.

Senior Information Security SME:

Experience Requirement: Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant work experience (can substitute 4 years of experience for a Master’s degree).

Functional Responsibility: Provides expert level guidance in a wide range of information security topics. This role is viewed as a thought leader in information security that can advise clients on strategic cybersecurity roadmaps for their organizations as well as lead the implementation the strategic direction. Also leads and/or supports large teams of information security staff with the specification of complex cyber solutions that keep pace with the dynamic threat landscape. This resource may also be a technical cyber lead for a project where innovation and visionary perspectives are required. Resources in this category are plugged into all relevant standards bodies and keeps current on all guidance changes and best practice approaches.

Information Security Engineer IV:

Experience Requirement: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience (can substitute 2 years of experience for a Master’s degree).

Functional Responsibility: Analyzes information security systems and applications and recommends and develops security measures to protect information against unauthorized modification or loss. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Assists clients with building security controls into their environments. Specifies security requirements and uses them as an input to create security architecture and design artifacts. Completes security testing on applications, platforms and networks.

Information Security Analyst II

Experience Requirement: The individual will have at least 4 years of experience performing the foregoing functions and/or a Master’s degree with 2 years of directly related work experience.

Functional Responsibility: Individual will provide security architecture, policy and design guidance for business systems and networks. Individual will also provide Information Security Assessment &Authorization (SA&A) support for applications, systems and networks in accordance with appropriate customer policies and processes and performs as an Information Assurance assessment team member. The individual will support for defining and assessing appropriate procedural security, network security and connection rules, configuration management and accountability, maintenance, system rules of behavior, personnel and technical security controls, marking and labeling, incident response, continuity Participates in planning, cost analysis and implementation of all aspects of information security. Designs, develops, implements, and supports security policy, procedures, and systems. Will help provide security architecture, policy and design guidance for business systems and networks. Helps develops materials and provide instruction to teams in the SA&A activities at the appropriate skill level to accomplish the mission. Prepares security briefings and reports as necessary and participates as a subject matter expert in support of various security initiatives, conferences and Information Security Awareness. The Information Security Analyst implements and monitors security procedures and issues. The Individual will also conduct risk assessments, firewall determinations, and security procedures.

Project Manager

Experience Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of relevant experience (or 14 total relevant years of experience and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification without Bachelor’s Degree).

Functional Responsibility: Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project in accordance with the reporting requirements of the project. Ultimately responsible for creation, execution and maintenance of the project schedule(s) which will capture project timeline and resource leveling. Provides management guidance to direct report team leads who have people management responsibilities and assist them with problem resolution where needed. Works closely with the customer’s project/technical lead for the initiative to ensure expectations are consistently met and that risks get identified and remediated before they become issues.

Systems Architect

Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of relevant experience (an additional 2 years relevant experience may be substituted for a Master’s Degree)

Functional Responsibility: Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure that systems support the organization's business requirements and meet the needs of end users. Defines systems requirements based on user/client needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms. Defines technical standards and functionality tests. May develop specifications, prototypes, or initial user guides. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Has a solid understanding of industry accepted architectural standards, frameworks and modeling approaches that lead to sound technical solutions that can be easily interpreted by other technical resources such as system developers.

Information Technology SME

Experience Requirement: Master’s degree with 15 years of relevant work experience.

Functional Responsibility: Provides expert level guidance in a wide range of information technology topics. This role is viewed as a thought leader in information technology that can advise clients on strategic IT roadmaps for their organizations as well as lead the implementation the strategic direction. Also leads and/or supports large teams of information technology staff with the specification of complex solutions that keep pace with the dynamic IT landscape. This resource may also be a technical lead for a project where innovation and visionary perspectives are required. Resources in this category are plugged into all relevant standards bodies and keeps current on all guidance changes and best practice approaches.

Business Analyst III

Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience (2 years of experience may be substituted with a Master’s Degree).

Functional Responsibility: Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems. Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. Requires knowledge of e-commerce tools, computer system capabilities, business processes, and work flow.

Systems Analyst III

Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience (an additional 4 years relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree).

Functional Responsibility: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Possesses hands on experience across the information systems space and understands the nuances of system integration. Creates enterprise architecture artifacts and assists clients with coming up with their information technology roadmaps. Well versed in the system development life cycle. Defines IT solutions in response to customer needs, in accordance with elicited requirements.

Technical Writer III

Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.

Functional Responsibility: Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses. May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Understands the aspects of quality assurance for the document life cycle and how to ensure compliance with applicable style guides.
