This is a 3 day hunt. Includes a voucher for the cow elk tag as well as your guide and access to

thousands of private acres. Hunter responsible for lodging and meals.

NorthWest Ranch (DC) 2019

1) This is an 18,000 acre CWMU. Northwest of Grouse Creek, Utah

2) Hunt includes CWMU voucher, guide, lodging, field transportation, field care of harvested animal. Evening meals not provided. Guide will provide snacks, soda pop, water. Lunch will be on the mountain. Hunters will be staying in a small hotel in town. There are two cafe's, one A&W burger, two gas stations to get food.

3) Harvest expectation: 20" to 25" mature bucks. Expect to see 80 plus deer a day with 10 to 15 bucks. We harvested 2 bucks over 25" wide in 2018 but this is an average -

4) Terrain: 6,000 to 9,000 feet elevation. Moderate to steep terrain. Hunt from UTV's. Hunters ability to walk is a plus.

5) Nearest Airport: Salt Lake City International. The ranch is 3 hours northwest of Salt Lake. Airport pickup is not included. Hunter should plan on renting a car. No off road vehicle required.

6) 2018 hunt results: 6 hunters 100% shot opportunity Harvest results: Three 4X4's One 4X3 One 2X2

CWMU voucher is included in price. Hunter must redeem the voucher with the Utah Game and Fish to obtain the hunting tag. Res $40 Non-Res $268 A valid Utah Hunting License is also required. Res $34 Non-Res $65 Non-hunter guests are welcome but must be approved at time of booking. Cost is $500 per person.

NorthEast Ranch (D) 2019

1) This is a 7,000 acre CWMU. East of Snowville, Utah

2) Hunt includes CWMU voucher, guide, lodging, field transportation, field care of harvested animal. Hunters will be staying in a small hotel in town (Snowville). Evening meal not provided. There are two cafe's, one A&W burger, two gas stations to get food.

3) Harvest expectation (Deer): 22 to 25 inch mature bucks. See 80 plus deer a day with 10-15 bucks. 2018 hunt results (Deer): 2 hunters 100% shot opportunity

4) Terrain: 5,000 to 7,000 feet elevation. Moderate to steep terrain. Hunt from 4x4 trucks or UTV's.

5) Nearest Airport: Salt Lake City International The ranch is 3 hours northwest of Salt Lake. Airport pickup is not included. Hunter should plan on renting a car. No off road vehicle required.

Northern Ranch (PVH) 2019

1) This is an 18,000 acre CWMU. East of Park Valley, Utah.

2) Hunt includes CWMU voucher, guide, food, lodging, field transportation, field care of harvested animal. Lodging is at the outfitters ranch house. Breakfast and dinner will be at the ranch. Lunch (sack) will be on the mountain most days.

3) Harvest expectation: 16 to 24 inch bucks in the 130 to 160 BC. Expect to see 80 plus deer a day with 8 to 10 bucks.

4) Terrain: 7,000 to 10,000 feet elevation. Moderate to steep terrain. Hunt from 4x4 trucks or UTV's. Hunters ability to walking is a plus.

5) Nearest Airport: Salt Lake City International The ranch is 2 hours northwest of Salt Lake. Airport pickup is not included. Hunter should plan on renting a car. No off road driving required.
