Our New Structure

The appointment of a new leadership team for Hackensack Meridian Health is clearly a defining moment for our organization. As you can imagine, much thought and consideration has been given to an extraordinary talent pool. It was our goal to announce this next level of executives as a team of individuals whose experience and background span the needs of our growing network and position our organization for long-term success. Today's health care environment, with its rapid changes and technological advances, requires visionary leadership. It's more critical than ever that our leaders possess a broad understanding of our spectrum of businesses and the customers we serve. They must strategically champion our mission and vision and have the enthusiasm and credibility to model the culture's values while creating a consistent experience across our network. It is important to note that the list below is not complete. We will be announcing additional leadership positions as we finalize some details, conduct additional interviews, and allow some of these leaders to have an opportunity to help shape the rest of the organizational structure for their divisions. In the meantime, please extend your warm congratulations to these announced leaders as they transition into their new expanded roles and build momentum for our organization.
