October 22 - MyChart
October 22, 2014
You can now track health data using your HUMC MyChart account and Apple's new Health? application on your iPhone and iPod Touch!
Apple Health? is a central repository for collecting health and fitness data. Other apps and devices (i.e., Withings blood pressure cuff) can access and share data from Health? to provide a more complete picture of your health. Your doctor must first place an electronic order that will allow you the option to share data from Health?.
Once the order is sent to your HUMC MyChart account, you can use the Track My Health feature on your mobile device to enter data or authorize the Health? app to share data with HUMC MyChart, where it is sent back to your doctor for review.
Link specific data types in the Track my Health activity in HUMC MyChart.
View the Health? data types linked to HUMC MyChart in Health Links from the HUMC
