Communications Training and De-escalation: 2001 to 2002: 2 hour trainings provided to 911 Crisis Workers in Orange County Law Enforcement to help them receive certification in how to best handle "crisis responses."

Senior Resource Alliance Trainings: 2002-2003 Provided community-based trainings to elderly individuals at eight local congregate meal sites. The purpose was to promote individualized knowledge in regard to the relationship between psychopharmacology and their health status.
