BUFFET

The Buffet package consists of heavy duty plastic coated plates, napkins, utensils, coffee and tea. The Waitress will help serve the

food as the guests go through the buffet line. Food will be served for a one hour period. Food cannot be taken out or brought into

the banquet hall with the exception of cake or dessert. Guest tables are round with white linen tablecloths. Server will cut cake and

place on cake table. Skirted cake table, gift table and DJ table.

Family Style Sit Down Dinner Guest tables are round with white linen tablecloths (other colors available by request at no extra charge). Tables are set with china, stainless silverware, cloth napkins and water goblets. There are Eight 8-9 guests per table. For Weddings, Champagne Toast provided for head table during dinner. Server will cut cake and serve to guests or put in bags and place on cake table.
