Ninja Challenge (Saturday and Sunday at Discovery Ridge) Top of each hour from 1-7 pm, take the challenge on this timed course. Age groups: 11 and under or 12 and older. Entry fee required.

2 pm Energy Medicine YOGA with Caroline Avant (Fitness Center, ext. 8562) A blend of Hatha and Tantric yoga poses and working with acupressure holds, tapping, thumping, and twisting, to help your own healing ability. Must be able to get up and down from the floor. All poses can be modified.

5-6:30 Weekend Welcome (Front Desk area) Sample Stable Craft brews with brats from Checkerberry Cabin.
