It features specialty dishes from Hmong cooks in the Chippewa Valley, and is one of the few Hmong cookbooks ever produced. Try the Spicy Carrot Salad, make your own tofu, whip up some Sesame Balls for a party, or have some Pho to warm up!

Proceeds from the sale of the cookbook will support Hmong business, entrepreneur grants and scholarships in the Western Wisconsin area.

All checks must be made payable to UW-Extension. Include $2 per book for shipping and handling. For orders of 20 or more the shipping fee is waived. If you prefer you can come in to the office and purchase a book.
