HARRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY D ISTRICT NO. 468

The Board of Directors of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 468 will hold a

regular meeting on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at 11:30 a.m., at Mischer Investments, LP, 9

Greenway Plaza, Suite 2900, Houston, Texas, to discuss and, if appropriate, act upon the

following items:

Approve minutes.

District security matters.

Discuss Association of Water Board Directors winter conference, approve

reimbursement of eligible expenses, and authorize attendance at summer

conference.

Garbage Service Contract matters, including approve Second Amendment to

Contract with Waste Management.

Financial and bookkeeping matters, including payment of bills and review

investments.

Tax assessment and collections matters, including delinquent tax collections,

installment agreements, and payment of bills.

Adopt Resolution Concerning Exemptions from Taxation.

Review Sales Tax Tracking Report.

Engineering matters, including:

a.

authorize design of facilities;

b.

approve plans and specifications and authorize advertisement for bids for

District facilities, including outfall repair along Cypress Creek;

c.

review bids and award contract for construction in the service area;

d.

receive update on construction of facilities to serve development in the

District and approve pay estimates, time extensions, change orders and

final acceptance as appropriate for construction of District facilities;

e.

easements, deeds, plats, consents to encroachment, requests for service or

utility commitment letters;

f.

update on Harris County Flood Control District Pillot Gully project; and

g.

authorize capacity allocation audit.

Maintenance of District facilities, including:

a.

update on maintenance of Vintage Royale Detention Pond and Vintage

Royale Amenity Pond including proposals for maintenance; and

b.

update on maintenance of regional detention pond.

Update on park and recreation facility projects, including:

a.

construction and maintenance of landscaping and irrigation in the

District;

b.

development and maintenance of regional parks in the District;

c.

approve plans and specifications and authorize advertisement for bids for

District Recreational Trail, Phase I.

Report regarding development in the District, including sales, leases and

commercial projects.
