Longitudinal research study following a sample of 400 young children from homes where Spanish is spoken. Duties included design and coordination of data collection process at three sites in Massachusetts; oversee daily project management; hiring and training of 25 child assessors; supervision of site coordinators and assessors; managing intake of 300 assessments, including assuring quality of assessments.
