2014-present Director, Suncoast Youth Conservation Center, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Apollo Beach, FL.

Design and implement site specific marine conservation education programs, curriculum, displays and informational item. Ensure compliance, develop procedures and operate summer camp programs according to American Camp Association standards, a program that filled to capacity in year two; Oversee major construction project and contractors. Perform all administrative duties for the facilities and grounds. Supervise research staff, contractors, interns, AFS Hutton Scholars, and volunteers. Track data - anticipate 12,000 public served by spring 2019.
