Exhibitor Sponsor Levels

Nonprofit Exhibitor $150 For-Profit Exhibitor $250

Exhibitor fee includes 6 ft. table, 2 chairs, & listing in program.

Music Sponsor $300

Includes exhibitor benefits plus mic shout-outs throughout the event.

Signature Sponsor $1,000 Includes two - 6 ft. tables, 3 chairs, listing as co-sponsor in program, exclusive access to registration area, logo on website & more. Only one available act fast!

Snack Sponsor $1,000 Includes exhibitor benefits plus small printed color logo on all snacks (about 600 total).

Library Room Sponsor $450

Includes exclusive setup in library, where games & drinks are served, 6 ft. table, 2 chairs, listing in program. Only three available!

Senior Seating Sponsor $750

Includes exhibitor benefits plus a color logo at all senior seating (1520 tables total).

Any exhibitor who donates a door prize for the event will be recognized over the microphone during the event.
