2019 Warren County Family Health Fair "Home Run to Health"

Sponsors and Vendors needed for The Warren County Family Health Fair held at the Wright City R-II High School gym on Saturday March 30, 2019 from 9am-1pm. The event usually draws 80-90 vendors and 600-800 attendees! Available for attendees will be educational information, health screenings, activities, demonstrations, community resources, healthy alternatives and face to face time with health care providers.

Platinum Level: ($500 and up) 2 Free exhibit table spaces

Your choice of space location (in order as received) Organization representative invited to talk on "Live Wire" KWRE radio show Your business logo/name on flyers, banners, newspaper ads, and mentioned on KWRE radio.

Plus 2 Free meals with drinks from the snack bar

Gold Level: ($300-$499) 1 Free exhibit table space Your business logo/name on flyers, banners, newspaper ads, and mentioned on KWRE radio 1 Free meal with drink from the snack bar

Silver Level: ($100-$299) Your business logo/name on flyers, banners, newspaper ads, and mentioned on KWRE radio.

$60 per space (After Feb. 1, 2019 cost is $80) Government or Non for Profit $30 per space (After Feb. 1, 2019 $50)

Vendor spaces are 6'x8', includes one 6' table and 2 chairs Vendors may sell items only "Health Related" and in good taste

It is the vendor's responsibility to collect sales tax. Limited electric spaces (available to vendors doing "Health Screenings" first) There will be a contest for the best decorated exhibit with the theme "Home Run To Health"
