2.) Enter the number of minicases of each Healthy Snack your fundraiser wishes to order.

4.) Willow Creek will fax or email your invoice, and you order will ship within 5 business days to your preferred fundraising address.

5.) Payment is required when your fundraiser order is shipped to your school or team. (30 day terms can be set up for payment upon approval).
