SEIZE THE MOMENT! "But when fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son . . . "

TIME ? We live our entire lives on this earth within the parameters of time. Ecclesiastes 3 tells us that everything has its appointed time: birth, death, activity, rest and so on. We also know that God has set specific moments in history for world-altering events to take place. Those specific moments are what the Bible calls "the fullness of time."

As we enter into the Christmas season our hearts and minds are focused on the specific time God chose to send Jesus into this fallen world to redeem mankind. That moment changed the course of history and secured our eternal destiny.

"The fullness of time" could be translated, "At just the right moment." God knew the exact moment to fulfill His promise of the Messiah. He chose "just the right moment" to answer Sarah and Abraham's prayer for a son, and later, when Abraham was about to sacrifice this special child, God intervened "at just the right moment" by providing a ram, caught in a thicket.

As Gwen and I look back on the events of 2016, we recognize that the year was filled with many of those "just right moments". Often during healing revival meetings across Canada, the Holy Spirit's mighty anointing has swept through the place with supernatural power, healing bodies and transforming lives. Those who received realized that it was their moment, and they seized it!

For over four years, we've been working toward erecting a place in the Arctic where we could bring young Inuit men and women to receive healing and wholeness in their lives, and where we could begin training them to become effective leaders among their people. Over those years there were times when needs arose: the need for able

workers to construct the building, the finances for materials and favour with officials and inspectors. In each circumstance, we seized our moment for a miracle, and God supernaturally supplied each need. He laid it on the hearts of partners and ministries across Canada to partner with us to see the Arctic Hope Centre become a reality. It was one of my greatest joys to be in Naujaat at the end of September for the Grand Opening and Dedication of the Arctic Hope Centre, and to celebrate the Lord's faithfulness with our Inuit brothers and sisters.

At the same time, our Missions Director, Steven Carleton, has been pouring his life into the youth of Cape Dorset, where he and his team conduct the Arctic Hope Project twice a year. We have declared war on suicide in the Arctic, beginning with this needy community that has experienced so much pain.

Several young people have come to the courses with thoughts of suicide tormenting their minds, but "at just the right moment," as Steven and his team minister to them, the Holy Spirit invades their lives and replaces despair and desperation with hope and purpose. What an amazing ministry we are privileged to engage in ? snatching young lives from the brink of disaster, and directing them to a new path of promise for the future!

I believe the Lord has miraculous things prepared for you. He sent His Son Jesus "in the fullness of time" for that very purpose ? to bring spiritual transformation, eternal life, health and healing and abundant blessing into your life. Seize your moment! This is your time for a miracle!

God's perfect timing always amazes me. In each of our ministry endeavours, whether it is healing revival meetings, the building project in Naujaat or the Arctic Hope Project in Cape Dorset, "at just the right moment" partners have responded to the Holy Spirit and joined their faith and their finances with us to see the mission accomplished. Gwen and I along with Steven and Becky want you to know that our hearts are full of praise and

thanksgiving for your encouragement, partnership and prayers.

There are many more lives yet to reach in the Arctic and across the nation. Canada desperately needs a message of hope and healing. Your partnership is so important as we continue to spread the life-changing Word to our hurting nation.
