嚜燎IPPED OUT OF THE

BIBLE

Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me

and of my words

in this adulterous and sinful generation;

of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed,

when he cometh in the glory of his Father

with the holy angels.

Section A

Key Passages Missing

The first list is a sampling depicting omissions that are commonplace

in modern versions.1 These omissions often diminish basic doctrines.

The New International Version, which we have used as a representative,

has somewhat fewer omissions than the New American Standard, Revised

Standard, New English, etc. Yet even in the NIV, the deletions are

considerable and noteworthy. This will become increasingly evident as

the reader continues farther into this manuscript.

The two translations have been placed side by side so that the earnest

inquirer can readily perceive the magnitude of the situation and determine

for himself whether the NIV has the same authority and reverence as the

Authorized Version. None of the boldfaced/underlined words in that

which follows appear in the NIV text (1978 edition, as to just how

untrustworthy the NIV is as a translation, see page 52).

King James Bible

New International Version

MAT 1:25 And knew her not till she

had brought forth her firstborn son#

But he had no union with her until she

gave birth to a son.

MAT 5:44 But I say unto you, Love

your enemies, bless them that curse

you, do good to them that hate you,

and pray for them which

despitefully use you, and persecute

you;

But I tell you: Love your enemies and

pray for those who persecute you.

MAT 6:13 And lead us not into

temptation, but deliver us from evil:

For thine is the kingdom, and the

power, and the glory, for ever.

Amen.

And lead us not into temptation but

deliver us from the evil one.
