How would you like to help me turn the tables on Polly Spark? Well, let's try this. Look through magazines for sentences you can cut out (ask for permission first). Cut these sentences apart and glue them on a sheet of paper in mixed-up order. Draw a line under each mixed-up sentence. Give the sheet to a friend and have him put the sentences in order. Check your friend's work. Then, I would like to borrow your mixed-up sentences and see if Polly can unscramble them.
