Change your password and/or username

To access IMD Services, such as your Program Portal you will need to login to IMD website.

A. Login to IMD website

? Enter in your web browser and click on this icon: which is located on the top right corner of the screen

? Enter your Username and Password

If you don't remember your password (or your username), you can click on Forgot your password? to retrieve it

Direct access

To access your program portal, one address to remember: ProgramPortal

? Click Sign In

? To access IMD Services available to you, click on this button:

Retrieve username or set a new password



B. Change your password

1. Once logged in, click on the picture zone and then on Edit account

2. Click Account and Edit your password to change your password

C. Change your username

Before changing it, please note that the username must be an email

address

1. Once logged in, click on the picture zone and then on Edit account

2. Click Account and replace the Login email with the email of your choice and click on the Save settings button

3. From now on, you will be able to login to your MyIMD with the email address you entered
