Clarifications:

This project will not be LEED certified; delete LEED references where they occur.

The height for the proposed new site light poles is 18'-0".

The owner will supply the rental cost for temporary trailers for sales, staff, etc. and the general contractor will

provide the utility cost for same.

The owner has filed a Work Order Application with Eversource Energy for the related electrical scope of

Basis of design is the Circum glass railing system manufactured by HDI Railing Systems. Alternate

manufacturers, as listed below, will be reviewed by the architect.

The basis of design for the pre-engineered stainless steel and glass guard rail is the Circum glass railing system manufactured by HDI Railing Systems. Alternate manufacturers will be reviewed by the architect.

EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT

The undersigned agrees that if he is selected as General Contractor, he will within five days, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded, after presentation thereof by the Owner, execute the Contract in accordance with the terms of this general bid.

The undersigned hereby certifies that he is able to furnish labor that can work in harmony with all other elements of labor employed or to be employed on the work and that he will comply fully with all laws and regulations.

The undersigned hereby certifies under the penalties of perjury that this bid is in all respects bona fide, fair and made without collusion of fraud with any other person. As used in this subsection the word "person" shall mean any natural person, joint venture, partnership, corporation or other business or legal entity.

COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF WORK

The undersigned agrees to commence work on the Contract within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of written notice to proceed issued by the Owner within fourteen (14) calendar days after execution of the Contract Agreement and to thereafter diligently and continuously carry on the work.

The undersigned further agrees to substantially complete the work within of date of receipt of building permit or Owner executed Contract, whichever is later.
