Please be notified that effective 16 July 2012, EPS' preferred car rental service will be Hertz. The following information will outline all the information you will require to establish your Hertz #1 Gold Club membership.

Program and Services Summary

Hertz is excited to offer EPS Corporation employees our best in class programs and benefits.

Below is a brief description of these services which will make your Hertz Rental Experience even more rewarding.

When we book a reservation for your business travel, the following Corporate Discount Number must be used :

Corporate Discount Number (CDP): 1961795

If you elect to not become a Hertz #1 Club Gold member, you will need to refer to this number when booking your vehicle. Gold Club memberships will have this number already imbedded.

Signing up for Hertz #1 Club Gold means you can bypass the regular rental counter and proceed directly to your pre-assigned vehicle, saving your valuable time. It also means you only have to complete one rental agreement for all time with Hertz. And you only have to tell Hertz your rental preferences exactly one time. As a #1 Club Gold member, you will also be automatically enrolled in Hertz’s frequent renter program in which you will be able to earn higher levels of Gold service, personal free day certificates, free upgrades and bonus frequent flier miles. To enroll in the Hertz #1 Club Gold Program, please follow the steps outlined below:

Enter your CDP Number: 1961795

Enter your Pin-Code: 10911

You can now gain access to a fee-waived enrollment application.

1. Complete personal, business, and credit card information fields - (your personal credit card must be provided - if it is company travel, you will need to stop at the counter to assure that the car is charged to the Corporate Account)

2. U.S. Optional Services, Car Class – select according to the travel policy - (please select Standard Size vehicles)

3. NeverLost navigational system – accept or decline (please decline unless you choose to pay for this service personally)

4. CANADA Optional Services – (please accept the insurance option, since it is not included in our Corporate Plan)

5. Complete remaining fields and submit enrollment form

6. Please decline all insurance for CONUS rentals, since this service is provided through our Corporate Membership.

7. You will receive your Hertz #1 Club Gold Number via a printable member card on the screen - please make sure you have access to a printer at the time of filling out the application.

8. Update your travel profile with your Hertz #1 Club Gold Number [if applicable]

In order to protect you from misuse of your #1 Club Gold profile, please note that for your first Gold rental, you will need to approach the Gold counter to show personal identification. You will not need to wait in line at the main Hertz counter.

Your #1 Club Gold number will be returned to you instantly and can be used immediately. If you have an existing reservation, it will be updated overnight to reflect your #1 Club Gold status.

Hertz NeverLost( and NeverLost Online Trip Planning (OTP): Hertz NeverLost provides added comfort and security in unfamiliar areas. NeverLost OTP allows users to organize their travel plans even before leaving their home or office.

PlatePass®: Avoid slow toll lanes and traffic when you use PlatePass®. Available in the following states: NJ, NY, PA, DE, MA, ME, MD, NH, VA, WV, ID, IL, TX, FL, CO, and CA – N. California Bay Area.

SIRIUS XM Satellite Radio(: Enjoy Commercial Free Music, exclusive entertainment and talk radio, live sports play-by-play & expert talk, World Class News and Family/Kids Stations.

Mobile Gold Alerts sent right to your phone. They let you know which car you will be driving and where it will be parked when you arrive.

HERTZ GOLD CHOICE - If you are a Hertz Gold Member, you can take your assigned car or choose from the Gold Choice area at no extra cost

EReceipts and we’ll automatically send a PDF copy of the eReceipt within 30 minutes of closing the rental agreement after every rental – no paper, no fuss

EReturn service: on airport return, just fill in the Express Return slip on the Rental Agreement then:

- leave it with the keys on the dash of your car, or

- leave it in the Express Return box
