Run and administer practices, cooperating and coordinating with the Athletic Director.Stress sportsmanship and fair play in all practices and games. Appropriately model an understanding of district goals in these areas.Plan for and coordinate all related interscholastic trips with the Athletic Director.Plan for the future development of program.Other duties as outlined in Coach’s Handbook.Preferred: Ability to volunteer/assist at the Junior High girl’s level.Requirements:Desire to work with, encourage and see young people succeed.Expertise in technique and teaching of skills.Schedule which allows team bus departures as early as 11:00 a.m.Schedule which allows for practices daily as early as 3:00 p.m.Demonstrates positive role-modeling and sportsmanship.Ability to communicate effectively with students as well as adults.
