Ads are for a 3-month time period for $1,800.

Newsletter Advertising

Mapping Your Future Higher Ed News

Published via e-mail every other week to an audience of postsecondary schools that use Mapping Your Future’s services and applications

First spot – 3 months for $1,200 or 1 month for $500

Second spot – 3 months for $1,020 or 1 month for $425

Third spot – 3 months for $918 or 1 month for $405

Fourth spot – 3 months for$874 or 1 month for $362

Fifth spot – 3 months for$786 or 1 month for $325

Early Awareness E-News

Published via e-mail on a monthly basis to an audience of middle and high school counselors and educators

First spot – 3 months for $800 or 1 month for $300.

Second spot – 3 months for $680 or 1 month for $255

Third spot – 3 months for $612 or 1 month for $229

Fourth spot – 3 months for $550 1 month for $206

Guidelines

Mapping Your Future accepts advertising to support the free services on its site and to provide an opportunity for companies and organizations to help schools, students, and families.

Mapping Your Future has established the following guidelines for advertising:

• The order form serves as the contract for the advertising between Mapping Your Future (publisher) and the advertiser.

• Mapping Your Future reserves the right to accept or reject advertisers and does not allow exclusivity.

• The advertiser must pay fees in advance and cannot cancel advertisements after ordering.

• The advertiser will supply the artwork in the appropriate format for the newsletter (140x140 pixels) and the website (236px wide X 150px tall) three weeks prior to the date Mapping Your Future will run the advertisement.

• Mapping Your Future does not guaranty the advertiser will have the opportunity to make revisions to material received after the closing date for ad/artwork.

• Artwork may include, but is limited to, the company or organization logo and/or tagline.

• Mapping Your Future prohibits the use of animation in ads.

• Depending on the level purchased, the logo may link to the program sponsors website. However, the logo may not otherwise impact the user experience. Mapping Your Future reserves the right to limit the web pages on which it will place advertising.

• If Mapping Your Future is unable to run an ad in a newsletter issue, it will give the ad first priority in the next issue.

• Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content, including text and illustrations or ads, and also assume responsibility for any claims arising there from made against Mapping Your Future including costs associated with defending against such a claim. The advertiser and advertising agency agree to hold Mapping Your Future harmless for any claims made against it by reason of advertiser’s advertisement.

• Agreements, conditions, rates, or regulations not set forth or described here or in the current rate sheets will not be binding.
