Supplementary conditions will also be applied at the discretion of Transport for LondonThe licence is issued subject to TfL’s standard conditions for highway licences available from TfL’s licensing website, in addition to the following and together with any site specific conditions detailed on the Licence.The licence is not transferable to any other party except with the express permission of TfL, which will not be unreasonably delayed or withheld, provided that the party to which the Licence is to be transferred has first confirmed in writing to TfL that it accepts and will continue be bound by the terms and conditions of the License. The Licence will be valid only if the structure to which it relates has planning consent.The Licence will be valid only if the structure to which it relates has appropriate Building Regulation consents.The licensee will construct the structure in accordance with planning and building regulation consents, will routinely inspect and maintain it so that at no time will it endanger any highway user, and to the complete satisfaction of TfL.If at any time TfL has reasonable cause to believe that the structure is in need of maintenance or repair, or if it has caused damage to the highway, then the Licence holder will undertake such remedial works as TfL directs. The site shall not be used for the placement of advertisements.The licence does not exempt the License holder from any parking or stopping controls. Appropriate management must be made for exemptions during the works.The Licensee may at any time give one month’s notice of its intent to terminate the Licence, but it will not terminate until such time as TfL is satisfied that the structure has been removed and any consequential damage to the Highway has been remedied to TfL’s satisfaction.Should the Licensee be in material breach of any obligations of the Licence TfL may terminate it without prejudice to any claim TfL may have against the Licensee.On termination, the Licensee shall be responsible for the costs of demolishing the structure. If the structure is not demolished by the licensee in such reasonable time as TfL may set, then TfL will do so and the costs will be reimbursed by the licensee as a debt, within 14 days of written demand. Any request for an extension to the period for which the licence has been granted must be requested in writing at least 7 working days prior to the expiry of the licence and is subject to a fee for consideration of such extension.Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the approved license is guilty of an offence and liable to prosecution in accordance with the provisions stated under the Highways Act 1980.
