Keynote Presenter:

Sue Collier, MSN, RN, FABC, joined the North Carolina Quality Center (NCQC) last April as a Performance Improvement Specialist in Patient-Family Engagement (PFE). Before that, she was employed by Vidant Health for more than 32 years and was Vice President of the corporation's office of Patient-Family Experience. Under her leadership, Vidant Health was nationally recognized as an innovative health care system in the area of patient and family centered care. Since joining the NCQC, Ms. Collier has supported numerous state and national initiatives designed to help hospitals, providers, and community partners improve performance in patient engagement.
